Vintage Faire Nursing & Rehab is located in Northwest Modesto, just off of Highway 99 across the street from the Vintage Faire Mall. The Kaiser Permanente Modesto Medical Center is only a few minutes North providing easy access to the medical services provided there.
We feature 99 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
